Princess Party Time!

Our princess turned 3, so when we went to Tomball for spring break we had a princess birthday party for her.  It was a fabulous day, she had so much fun playing with friends, some we hadn't seen in quite some time.  It had rained for days before, so we were a bit nervous, but it turned out to be a beautifully sunny day!  The playground was quite muddy, but you know kids don't mind that!  We are so blessed to have so many wonderful friends in our life.  I'm so thankful to everyone who came out to celebrate our girl.

Presents!

Mineral Wells

We started our spring break with a wonderful camping trip with the Hendersons.  This time we stayed closer to home and went to Mineral Wells outside of Fort Worth.  It was a great campground, we truly enjoyed it!  There was rain predicted for much of the weekend, but it turned out to be beautiful weather, even a bit cold in the evenings!

We woke up Saturday morning and it was Hannah's 3rd birthday!!!  What a fun way to celebrate her big day!

After opening presents and playing a bit it was time to hit the road on their bikes.  These kids love to bike!

We could not let her big day go by without a cake and singing happy birthday!  So we had a pink strawberry cake with pink icing.  She loved it!

Sweet, sweet moments!

Of course there was some hammock fun!

We did some hiking/rock climbing which started out here with this beautiful view!

Luke was not in the mood for picture...ugh...stinker!

We also went to a fossil park and did some digging.  It was really neat and the kids got really into it!  We found a lot of tiny little fossils.

This trip was wonderful!  It's been such an adjustment for us living so far from the friends we love so much.  These camping trips have helped ease the pain that comes with moving because it's allowed us to get together with some of our great friends that we miss so much and create memories that will last a lifetime.
